How To Order
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Use the menu located to the left of the page to navigate the products in a particular product category. Alternatively, you can carry out a key word search using the search box located in the top left hand corner of the screen. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or image of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
If you want to order an item from Baldwins Cycles, click the 'Add to Cart' button on the product product detail page. Once you have added an item to your basket, keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking the 'Cart' icon at the top of every page of our website.
Proceed to checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you have placed in your Basket. When you are ready to place an order for everything in your Basket, click the 'Check Out' button. You will be taken to the first page of the order process.

Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. You can pay for your online order using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo or American Express cards. All online orders must be paid for using a credit or debit card. Enter your credit or debit card number without spaces or dashes. If you have a promotion code to apply to the order, e.g. discount code, please enter it in the box provided.
Review & place order
Check the accuracy of all of the information you have provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the ‘Continue’ button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of dispatch of your goods.
